Asian Theme Bridal Shower

I was helping a friend brainstorm on bridal shower plans today, and I have a fabuloso idea to share.  I was inspired by my favorite sushi restaurant and a love for Asian food.  Then, I stumbled across this awesome little treat -- chocolate sushi!  No it's not fish and chocolate.  It's chocolate fashioned to look like sushi.  Can't wait to serve this delicious roll!

I need to know how to make this chocolate sushi! Too much fun! Is it something that could be mailed? I have a friend who loves chocolate and needs cheering up!
